This can be as effective as a 30 -minutes bike ride.


According to health and fitness researchers, you can get the same workout benefits as a 30- minute bike ride if you perform:


  • squats

  • pull-ups

  • chin-ups

  • lunges


How to do the routine


Do a repetitions particular exercise for 20 seconds.


Rest for 10 seconds,


Repeat this cycle alternating between the various exercises above.


Do this for 4 minutes


So, HIIT It! That is, add some high intensity interval training (HIIT) to your weekly routine for maximum results.
