Nutrients are the main basis of healthy foods. These come in all the colors of the rainbow. They are present in various degrees among plant foods, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds.  The article “The 5 Colours of Phytonutrients” will demonstrate these nutrients. 1. plant food (cooked and uncooked) combined with white meats                                                          

2. plant food only (cooked and uncooked)

3. plant food that is eaten live, uncooked and unprocessed. (Evidence shows that this is the healthiest!)
