Over 80 percent of our immune system resides in a colony of helpful bacteria in our intestines. This is called your Microbiome. You can learn about this and discover what harms these bacteria or what promotes a healthy microbiome.

Start by reading the article on “The Gut Flora” then have a look at the other two articles. Make your own notes of prebiotics and probiotics that are available to you fairly easily as food. You can use the same and buy probiotics as a supplement from the pharmacy.

If you can learn to make your own fermented products that would be great.

I hope that this is helpful.

One of the commonest causes of premature aging and disability in the older years is unnecessary weakness and mobility challenges due to a loss of muscles. This loss starts during our 30’s and can only be countered by consistent exercise and healthy nutrition. This condition is known as Sarcopenia.

Our health is in our hands.

Lets us take full responsibly with the encouragement of others and the help of God.
